Why diet isn’t a four letter word

Diet has turned into a four letter word thanks to the industry that supports elimination, deprivation, and shame. But if you look at the definition for diet it’s far from the evil word it’s been made out to be.

Diaita (Greek) = a way of life

When you break it down, a diet is not just the food you eat. It’s a way of life.

It’s love, life, laughter, friendship and of course good food.

Next time you catch yourself saying “I’m on a diet” ask yourself if you’re living a way of life you want to.

It’s about breaking patterns and habits so that you can experience true change, and finally feel in control.

It’s about managing your stress in a way that feels good.

It’s about having confidence in yourself around food, movement, your body. You lost confidence somewhere along the way – but it’s not too late to get it back.

It’s about learning how to eat in a way that is pleasurable yet that supports your body and health.

One of the ways you can start to lose weight, have more energy and feel better is by grabbing the below guide to help you kick start the healthy changes you want to make in your life.

The guide will take you through my signature Method with 7 easy pillars that take you from feeling like you’re exhausted to energized, from stressed to calm, from anxious to happier and more relaxed.
