Being healthy doesn’t have to be complicated, follow the steps below and you’ll be on your way to a healthier and happier you.

Switch to healthier eating habits, including more whole plant foods (veggies and fruit), whole grains, pure water, organic or hormone free meat, free range organic eggs, beans and legumes, nuts and seeds, healthier sugars like honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar or even just fruit like bananas and dates.
Try incorporating superfoods like seaweeds, chia, hemp, chlorella, spirulina, bee pollen.
Swapping out refined grains (white breads, rice, pasta), refined sugars, pop, too much coffee, too much alcohol, no fruit or no veggies, low fat or low calorie snacks, packaged foods, margarine.
Start to incorporate physical activity. Walking, swimming, cycling, golf, squash, dancing, ping pong – whatever, just move your body.
If you work at an office, get up from your desk and move around. Check your posture and sit straighter to allow room for your internal organs (slouching crunches everything up).

Learn something new every day, smile and have fun every day, hug someone (even a fur baby) every day, evaluate things that aren’t serving you and work towards changing it.
