I’m very excited to share with you, my beautiful Nutrition Warriors, my very first guest blog post (ever) for Joyous Health.
I had the absolute pleasure of Interning for Joy McCarthy, the Joy behind Joyous Health, and have been inspired by this woman ever since. (well, truth be told, I kind a had a girl-crush on her before I interned…but shh, I don’t want it to get all awkward and stuff).
Joy is simply awesome at what she does, with her marketing background, her passion for cooking and recipe creation and simple desire to make people feel better through our thoughts, the food we eat and what we put on our bodies (she offers creams and deodorants too!) she embodies the term holistic in holistic nutritionists and knows how to get that message across. It’s because of her (and others like Julie Daniluk and Marni Wasserman) that nutrition is becoming part of our conciousness. I’m inspired by these women every day.
I’m very happy to be a colleague and friend and to have had the opportunity to write for her blog.
