Cabernet and Kale Episode 016: The World Will be Saved by a Western Woman

The Dalai Lama once said, “The world will be saved by the Western woman.” but my fear is that it’s not going to happen the way we are going at the moment.

We’ve all gotten quite good at the hustle and I’m going to guess if you’re a “Type A”, high-achieving woman, you’ve got the hustle down, but lack implementation on the self-care front leaving you operating on empty, feeling exhausted, and maybe even low on the confidence factor.

I see it all the time, women in a constant state of being in the hustle and not able to tap into their own softer, more intuitive side so that they can be the driving force of the results that they want.

I get it, I myself often operate out of the more masculine go-go-go energy as well, but I have found ways in which to turn it down (we never really leave masculine or feminine) and bring more intuition and softness – aka feminine energy – to my work. This in turn helps me make way better business decisions.

Today what I am going to talk to you about is how you can STOP playing small in the world and start operating from your feminine power by implementing my 5 core pillars that will focus your mindset, what’s going on in your body, your priorities, living in your purpose, and who you invite into your world.
