I’m going to dispel myths around foods we think are “bad” vs “good” such as potatoes, and sugar and show you how you can enjoy these foods – it’s all a shift in mindset. Which brings me to the second half of the podcast where I will focus on one area to help you shift your mindset and introduce new neuropathways so that you bring in more success into your life in all areas.
Today’s episode will focus on the benefits of potatoes, a recipe for lemon – roasted potatoes – the best-roasted potatoes you’ll ever have. Then I will move onto how perfection keeps you stuck and how to go forth and do what you want to do even if you’re not perfect; including wearing sexy clothes or having sex with the lights on. Oh yeah, I said that.
