Hi! I'm Krisha Young and I know a thing or two about being overwhelmed and stressed out.
In fact, it was adrenal fatigue and all the associated health issues that came with it, that got me on the journey towards becoming a coach to begin with.
For years I struggled with migraines, IBS, and gradual weight gain of around 60lbs. I was depressed and anxious all the time and constantly felt I was battling the clock, battling myself and battling my body.
After trying the quick fix diets on the market and attempting to meditate, once, I realized what I needed wasn't a short-term bottle of pills or a skinny shake. I needed to make the real lifestyle shifts that would help me overcome overwhelm, lose weight naturally, heal and nourish my body, my mind and my soul.
I also discovered that my clients were also seeking something way more profound than yet another diet plan; they wanted to really make changes to their entire life and so I switched my coaching method and started to focus on the things that really matter: how you feel about yourself, how you nourish yourself, what you think about yourself, the qualities of your relationships and what you're prioritizing every day. I am 100% anti-diet, and all about a holistic approach to overall wellness.
I may be a health coach, but I'm also an entrepreneur, business owner and mom to two young boys - so I know a thing or two about having a stresful and busy life. But I also know that I NEVER want to get sick again.
